Sanctuary is a light, refreshing, and minty
blend of those essential oils most known for reducing stress and
physical discomfort. It consists primarily of fine French
lavender, a variety of mints, with a sizable portion of rose for
the heart and soul. In today’s climate of anxiety, stress,
and overwork this blend provides a wonderful retreat from the cares
of the world and a revitalizing sanctuary of relaxing aromas.
I use it after bath, before bed, and during work. What
really works well is to place a drop or two in my hands, add some
lotion to that, and then rub my feet, hands, or aching joints and
muscles.
